A family trade, rooted in West Auckland

Scott Flooring was established on 11 April 2009. Owner-operator Lenny Scott has 23 years in the industry, learning the trade from his father, who spent 45 years flooring homes and businesses across Auckland.

The Scott family has called Massey and West Auckland home since the 1970s and has supported local school fundraising events over the years.

Projects of every size

Lenny's past contracting work includes Carpet Court, Flooring Xtra and Harrisons Carpets. Today, working independently means you deal directly with the person assessing, preparing and fitting your floor—from a small refit to a whole home.

Lenny is proud to have played a major part in Hobsonville's growth, installing flooring in new homes for Classic Builders and Generation Homes. His wider experience includes hotels, banks, cinemas, movie sets, Ritchies buses, boats, vinyl installations in ambulances and carpet installations for a number of mosques.

He enjoys the challenge of working through the details and the satisfaction of seeing a well-finished floor. Lenny has also trained three apprentices who have gone on to run their own flooring businesses.
